Stories of Transformation

Every number represents a life changed. Here are some of those stories.

Women Elected to Panchayats

RADS's voter awareness campaigns resulted in far greater women's participation. Several women were elected to important positions at village, mandal, and district levels — a historic achievement for the region.

Legal Empowerment

Women raised their voices in Panchayat meetings, asserting rights and demanding their due share. They now have access to legal counseling and immediately act on violence cases to seek justice.

Girl Education Progress

Girl children now go to schools; many went on to colleges and are employed today. Community campaigns have effectively reduced child marriage and kept girls in classrooms.

Support for Single Women

Single women in RADS's operational area received special support for livelihoods, reducing vulnerability and enhancing their social standing. Their lives have measurably improved.
